Requests to Visitors

You are kindly requested to cooperate with us in preventing the spread of COVID-19 by adopting the following measures:

If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or have symptoms such as a cough or a sore throat, please refrain from visiting the museum.

Before you enter the museum, visit the Rest House in the garden to have your body temperature measured, and fill in the contact information form.

* The museum staff will measure the body temperature of visitors with a non-contact thermometer.

* If you are visiting the museum in a group, a member of your group should provide his/her name and contact information (phone number or email address) on the written form on behalf of your group.

* If you are just visiting the gardens, you do not need to have your body temperature measured or fill in the contact information form.

Please hand the completed form to the staff at the reception in the Main Building when you enter the museum.

* The information provided by you will be used only for the purpose of preventing the spread of COVID-19 and will not be used for any other purpose. The information will be stored for 14 days after your visit, and if no infection occurs during that period, the information will be properly destroyed.

Please bring a mask with you and wear it in the museum.

Please disinfect and frequently wash your hands. Using the alcohol-based disinfectant provided in the museum is also recommended.

Measures Adopted by the Museum to Prevent COVID-19 Infection and Its Spread

ASAHI BEER Oyamazaki Villa Museum of Art strives to collect the latest COVID-19 updates from related organizations and has adopted the following measures:

We provide alcohol-based disinfectant at the entrance to the Main Building.

We regularly clean doorknobs, handrails, and other points that a large number of unspecified people may touch.

We appropriately ventilate the museum with air conditioning.

To reduce congestion in the museum, we may restrict entry into the museum or the galleries. In addition, we are not accepting large-group visitors (groups with 20 or more members) for the time being.

We have suspended free shuttle bus services for the time being.

The Café is closed for the time being.

The staff measure their body temperature every day, wear masks, face shields, and gloves while at work, and strive to appropriately manage their health.

We have installed transparent acrylic boards at the reception and the Museum Shop to protect both visitors and staff from infection.

We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our measures to prevent the further spread of COVID-19. Please note that these measures are subject to change depending on the subsequent situation.
